1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Slash UI Pte. Ltd. ("Slash UI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Slash UI provides software development, venture building, and technical consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Slash UI.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for work created during an engagement will be addressed in your specific service agreement. The Slash UI name, logo, and website content remain the property of Slash UI Pte. Ltd.

4. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any information you share with us about your business or project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slash UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
