Terms of Use

By accessing or using the services provided by Slash UI Pte. Ltd. ("Slash UI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Slash UI provides software development, venture building, and technical consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Slash UI. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver; the words that bind us are the ones in a signed agreement.

You may read, print and share this site freely. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping at a rate that degrades it, or by attempting to overwhelm the enquiry endpoint
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party contact details through our forms
• Reproduce our writing, branding or design as your own

We rate limit the enquiry endpoint and reject submissions that do not originate from this site. These measures protect the service and are not a judgement about you.

When you submit the enquiry form you give us your name, business name, email address, mobile number and team size, and we use them to reply to you. Delivery to our inbox is handled by Resend, our transactional email provider, so your submission passes through their systems on the way to us.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or a mailing list. We do not operate one. It starts a conversation, and you can ask us to end it at any time. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

This site loads the Google tag in order to run Google Analytics 4, which records which pages you visit and which of our dialogs you open. A notice asks whether we may do this. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is measured and no analytics cookie is set until you accept; everywhere else analytics starts on and the notice is how you turn it off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out worldwide and do not ask.

Declining costs you nothing: no feature of this site depends on analytics, and you can change your answer at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of any page. We run no advertising or remarketing tags. The cookies, the events we send, the legal bases and the ways to opt out are described in full in our Privacy Policy.

This website is served by Google Cloud, resolved and, where our proxy is enabled, delivered and protected by Cloudflare, and its enquiry email is delivered by Resend. We depend on these providers, and an outage or a change at any of them can make the site or the enquiry form temporarily unavailable.

We provide this website on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing in this section limits the service levels of a signed engagement, which are governed by that agreement rather than by these terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for work created during an engagement will be addressed in your specific service agreement. The Slash UI name, logo, and website content remain the property of Slash UI Pte. Ltd.

We take confidentiality seriously. Any information you share with us about your business or project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the services described in section 6.

The content on this website is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for your particular situation, and you should not act on it without talking to us or to another qualified adviser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slash UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
